Structure

The cold plate profile of the lower PACK is integrally formed, and the 2-meter drawer-type PACK increases space utilization by 15%. IP67 protection improves environmental adaptability and blocks heat diffusion. The container opens on one side, and space utilization increases by 10%.

Thermal Management

Predictive simulation optimizes the structural scheme; temperature difference of battery cells in PACK is 2°C, deviation from actual is ≤10%. Dual-circulation liquid cooling system with simulation flow channel optimization. Liquid cooling unit strategy reduces auxiliary power consumption during charging, discharging, and standby.

Safety

All-in-one fire detector in PACK with independent communication and power supply. PACK-level fire protection "pipeline network into the package" for precise prevention and control. Each battery cell is equipped with high-temperature resistant ceramic insulation cotton to prevent thermal runaway and heat diffusion — no fire or explosion.

Electrical

Big data cloud platform service with intelligent control. Life prediction algorithm and dynamic optimization extend the life of the battery cell. Compatible with centralized and string solutions. Early warning of faults and thermal runaway events.
